High-precision device for measuring the depth of cracks coming to the surface of products made of various metals and alloys (including stainless steel, dural), previously detected by other methods: magnetic-powder, capillary or eddy current.
The principle of operation of the crack detector is the alternating current electropotential method, which allows you to quickly and accurately determine the depth of the crack.
Objects of inspection:
- Shafts, rolls, rolling mills, parts of structures, machines and mechanisms
- Pipes, pipelines, oil and gas pipelines
- Pressure vessels
- Objects of energy production
Operational advantages:
- Inspection of products made of ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic materials.
- The instrument memory contains scales for magnetic steels (ST 20), austenitic steels (X18N10T), aluminium alloys (D16T).
- Wide measuring range - from 0.5 to 100.0 mm.
- Low influence of electromagnetic properties of the material on the measurement result.
- Sensors of different design
