Normalisation baths are designed for normalisation of high-fat cream in the lines of in-line production of butter. The baths are 2-wall cylindrical vertical vessel made of stainless steel with a sloping bottom, equipped with a mechanical paddle stirrer. Hot water or steam is used as a heat carrier, which is introduced into a pre-filled water jacket. The cover of the bath is made in the form of a truncated cone of two parts, one of which is hinged, on the other, fixed, there is a hatch for feeding the product into the bath and installed limit switch, which serves to de-energise the electric motor drive agitator when opening the lid. The frame paddle agitator is located perpendicular to the inclined bottom of the bath.
