Boiler series THERMOTECHNIK type TT100-02 is a three-way water-heating gas-tube boiler with capacity of 1-22 MW. The boiler has a fully welded construction.
Depending on the capacity, the flame tube is either a smooth-walled shell supported by stiffening rings or a corrugated cylinder. In the front part the flame tube is welded to the front tube board, which is made in the form of a flat flared bottom, in the rear part - to the flat flared bottom of the rotary chamber.
The front tube board is common for the pipes of the second and third passages. The second stroke pipes are welded to the flat flanged bottom of the rotary chamber in the rear part.
And the pipes of the third stroke have a longer length and run up to the rear flat flanged bottom of the boiler drum. Boiler THERMOTECHNIK type TT100-02 is designed for heat supply of buildings and structures and ensuring technological processes of various purposes.
