Scalperator A1-BZO version 5, is designed for separation of coarse and large foreign and straw impurities in order to prevent clogging of receiving and distributing devices of subsequent grain cleaning equipment, and can also be used as machines for primary grain cleaning and as calibration machines for separation of impurities differing from the grain width and thickness.
The scalperator is installed in grain cleaning departments of elevators and at bread receiving enterprises, as well as in grain cleaning lines for post-harvest grain processing.
Technical productivity on wheat with moisture content 10-15% and in kind 770-850 kg/m3, t/h:
