The UT-600 is a heat shrink tunnel from INTEGRAL PLUS LLC, a Russian packaging machinery plant based in Kazan that ships its equipment worldwide. The unit completes the shrink-wrapping cycle: products pre-wrapped in shrink film by an upstream packaging machine travel through the tunnel on a chain conveyor, where a stream of hot air shrinks the film tightly around the item.
The tunnel handles PE, PVC and POF films from 50 to 120 microns thick and accepts products up to 540 mm wide and 350 mm high through its 600 x 390 mm pass-through window. Working temperature is adjustable from 100 to 200 °C, the conveyor chain runs at 2.06 m/min, and throughput reaches about 5 packs per minute.
Power supply is 380 V / 50 Hz with consumption not exceeding 17 kW. The body is made of structural steel, while all product-contact surfaces use materials approved for the food industry.
The machine measures 2350 x 900 x 1560 mm and weighs 300 kg. It can run as a stand-alone shrink station or as part of the manufacturer's packaging complexes, such as the manual UUV-600P+UT-600 wrapping line.
Every unit comes with a 12-month factory warranty covering remote commissioning support and free spare parts and repair, extendable to two years after commissioning or three years as a paid option.
