The КС-1.1 is a rigid signal cone standing 320 mm tall, manufactured by NPK PROTEKT LLC (ООО НПК ПРОТЭКТ) at their production facility in Pereslavl-Zalessky, Russia. The cone is moulded from low-density polyethylene (LDPE / ПВД), a material chosen for its combination of structural rigidity, weather resistance, and long service life across an operating temperature range of −50 °C to +60 °C.
Unlike soft thermoplastic cones that deform under impact, the КС-1.1 retains its upright shape under normal traffic conditions and returns to position after minor contact, making it dependable for extended deployments. The without-stripes configuration (КС-1.1) is the baseline model of the КС-1 family; reflective stripe variants are also offered for night-time or high-speed-road applications.
Each cone weighs 0.43 kg with a volume of 0.0043 m³ and is packaged 20 units per set, simplifying bulk ordering and on-site logistics.
