The ND3314 is a crank-driven pneumatic guillotine shear manufactured by Zavod PromStroyMash, a Russian producer of forging-and-pressing and metalworking machinery headquartered in Moscow. The machine is designed for straight-line cutting of sheet material with an ultimate tensile strength up to 450 MPa, handling cross-sections up to 2.5 × 1600 mm.
A single working stroke completes a full transverse cut; longitudinal cutting of unlimited-length sheets is performed by a series of passes along the cut line. Drive power comes from a 3 kW motor transmitting torque through a V-belt to a flywheel, then via a pneumatically engaged multi-disc clutch-brake (model UV3132) through helical gears to the eccentric shaft, which drives the knife beam through connecting rods at up to 65 idle strokes per minute.
The welded steel frame carries hardened guide surfaces machined to 87° from the table plane, ensuring precise and repeatable blade travel. Standard supply includes a pneumatic control assembly, LED work-zone lighting, a remote foot pedal, a side stop for 90° cuts, and a rear workpiece guard.
Climate rating is UHL Category 4 per GOST 15150.
