The SPPZ-100 is a high-capacity grain pre-cleaning separator manufactured by Saturn-Agro LLC (НПП САТУРН-АГРО), a Russian engineering company specialising in post-harvest grain processing equipment. The machine receives grain mass directly from combine harvesters or other threshing devices and removes the bulk of weed impurities — both light fractions carried by an air stream and oversized material retained by the mesh drum — before the grain proceeds to drying, active ventilation, or downstream fine cleaning.
The combined pneumatic and screen separation system handles cereals, groat crops, legumes, industrial and oilseed crops, and grass seeds. At a rated throughput of 100 t/h, the SPPZ-100 achieves a weed extraction efficiency of 80% even at grain moisture up to 20% and initial impurity content up to 16%.
Total installed drive power is 13.6 kW, air demand is at least 14,000 m³/h, and the unit weighs no more than 2,200 kg within an overall footprint of 4,050 × 2,550 × 2,700 mm. The separator is designed for integration into the intake sections of industrial grain-cleaning complexes at farms, elevators, flour mills, and groat processing facilities.
