The ALFA is a series of high-throughput grain pre-cleaning machines developed and manufactured in-house by ROMAX factory — one of Russia's leading producers of equipment for the agro-industrial complex, headquartered in the Voronezh region. The line covers four throughput capacities: 50, 100, 150, and 200 t/h, each designed for preliminary (rough) cleaning of cereals, legumes, and groat crops, removing coarse and light impurities from freshly harvested grain before it enters storage or further processing.
Cleaning is based on an aerodynamic principle: grain arrives in a receiving hopper fitted with a beater and adjustable gate that distribute the flow evenly across a mesh conveyor cassette; coarse debris such as straw and grain heads is discharged by the cassette, while the semi-cleaned grain falls into an aspiration channel where a built-in high-efficiency diameter fan strips out lightweight fractions; clean grain then exits by gravity. The 2022 product update added the removable cassette assembly, beater with adjustable shutter, level sensor, and lock valve as standard items, materially improving ease of maintenance and reliability with wet or sticky material.
Body and working elements are fabricated from galvanized steel for maximum corrosion resistance and long service life in any climate zone. The ALFA series holds EAC certification and conforms to EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, confirming its suitability for international supply.
