The Liliani BP-16/20-1 is a trailed grain cart manufactured by Liliani LLC, a Russian company focused on advanced agro-logistics solutions. With a 20 m³ geometric volume and a 16-tonne payload, the machine acts as a high-speed buffer between combine harvesters and grain transport trucks, emptying its full load at the field edge in roughly five minutes.
The discharge auger delivers throughput of up to 600 tonnes per hour — among the highest in its class — and PTO speeds of 540 or 1,000 rpm are both supported, giving compatibility with a broad range of tractors from Class III onward (120 hp minimum). The 360 mm horizontal feed auger and 430 mm discharge auger are computer-balanced for minimum vibration, quieter running, and extended service life.
A hydraulic folding mechanism raises and lowers the discharge auger quickly, and the front-fold design keeps the work zone fully visible from the tractor cab throughout loading and unloading. Four 500/60-22.5 tires on a balancing suspension chassis distribute weight evenly and protect soil structure.
Bolted sectional side walls replace the cheaper welded-panel designs used by competitors, resulting in a more durable structure suited to intensive field seasons. Quick-access cleanout hatches allow the auger channel to be cleared in under four minutes.
The BP-16/20 is classified under Russian Government Decree No. 616 as agricultural machinery for grain, oilseed, legume, and cereal crop harvesting, making it eligible for state subsidy and Rosagrolizing leasing programs across Russia, Kazakhstan, and Belarus.
