The EK-300 is a high-capacity grain and legume extruder manufactured by VTSPO "FAVOR," a Volgograd-based industrial equipment company with over two decades of in-house production experience. Built for medium-to-large agricultural enterprises, the machine converts raw grain crops — wheat, barley, corn — as well as legumes and oilseeds into highly digestible extruded feed at a continuous throughput of 300–350 kg/h.
The thermomechanical process operates at 100–180°C under high pressure, with each batch processed in approximately 10 seconds; this short dwell time breaks complex starches and proteins into simpler compounds while preserving the natural vitamin spectrum. The extruder draws 38 kW from a standard three-phase 380 V supply and produces feed with digestibility reaching 90%, far exceeding that of whole grain.
Output is nearly 100% sterile and requires no refrigeration or special storage conditions. FAVOR manufactures all components at its own facility in Volgograd, backs each unit with a 12-month warranty, and has earned third place in the Southern Federal District "Exporter of the Year" competition in the mechanical-engineering category.
The machine weighs 780 kg and has an overall footprint of 1650×1600×1565 mm, suitable for purpose-built feed preparation shops.
