Buttons controlling external devices using GPI (General Purpose Interface) signals. The button of the console generates the following GPI signals: open collector type output, fully isolated relay switching pair, relay switching pair with grounded normally open contact.Pressing the button switches GPI output signals, their logical state is stored in non-volatile memory. When the power is switched off, the relay pairs are opened (GPI outputs return to their initial state).
The LED backlighting of the button indicates the internal state of the output signal or the presence of the input signal (confirmation signal from an external device). If the mode of GPI output pulse formation is selected for the buttons, the pulse is issued only corresponding to the pressed button. The remote control is powered from the AC mains 220 V, or from external 12V power supplies connected to the GPI connector.
