The TSFT-4P-SGF (ТСФТ-4П-СГФ) is a glass filter fabric produced by Sudogodskie Stekloplastiki LLC — the only manufacturer of this product line in Russia. The fabric is constructed from twisted and textured glass threads woven in a twill pattern, then subjected to thermochemical treatment with the SGF compound, which significantly increases wear resistance and extends service life compared to the untreated base grade.
The designation breaks down as follows: TSFT indicates glass filter fabric, the second T denotes textured weft threads, 4 defines the weave structure, P signifies production on a pneumatic loom, and SGF identifies the chemical finish. The 45x2 format means two 45 cm wide panels separated by a narrow dividing strip no wider than 1 cm.
Rated for continuous operation at temperatures up to 300°C, the fabric delivers high tensile strength, regulated air permeability, and resistance to heat, acids, and alkalis simultaneously. It is non-flammable and non-explosive, making it safe for hazardous process environments.
The material is the primary feedstock for filter bags (sleeves) used in carbon black production, metallurgy, chemical processing, and construction material manufacturing. Quality is controlled under the GOST ISO 9001-2011 management system with mandatory OTC acceptance testing for every batch.
The warranty period for SGF-treated fabric is 2 years. Custom production with specified air permeability or alternative technical thread compositions is available on order, with delivery throughout Russia and internationally.
