This 14 mm four-hole sew-through button is moulded from glass-filled polyamide by MIASSFURNITURA, a Russian plastic-goods factory based in Miass that has been producing garment hardware for more than 20 years. Within the manufacturer's button programme it belongs to the art.
02 four-hole family, which spans diameters from 14 to 32 mm, and the glass-filled polyamide grade is the factory's top-performance option: it is rated thermo-, chemical- and flame-resistant up to 200°C, compared with 160°C for polyacetal and standard polystyrene versions. That makes the button suitable for workwear and uniforms that go through aggressive industrial laundering and chemical cleaning cycles.
The factory produces buttons on 2 and 4 holes as well as shank and two-slot designs in a wide colour range, and this model is supplied in assorted colours; colours can also be matched to a customer's fabric or a Pantone reference. Logos can be applied to buttons as paint, embossed relief or gold, silver and metallic foil.
MIASSFURNITURA works with more than 10 types of plastics, develops new items from customer samples, photos or sketches, sends free product samples on request, and ships from Miass with a sales office in Moscow, which simplifies sourcing for garment manufacturers across Russia and for export buyers.
