The MPA-NVC1230 series from POZHTECHNIKA LLC (Pozhtechnika) are pressurized gas fire suppression modules designed for long-term storage and controlled discharge of a gaseous fire-extinguishing agent (GFEA) to combat class A (solid materials), class B (flammable liquids and gases), and class E (energized electrical equipment) fires in accordance with GOST 27331 and Federal Law No. 123-FZ.
Each module is supplied fully assembled, pre-charged with GFEA, and pressurized with nitrogen propellant per GOST 9293. The 180-liter cylinder variant with a DN50 shut-off and start-up device (SPU) delivers a working pressure of 50 bar and is suited to protecting large volumes.
Cylinder bore options of DN25 and DN50, and nominal pressures of 25, 30, 42, or 50 bar, give designers flexibility to match hydraulic requirements precisely. The modules are rated for ambient operating temperatures from −20 °C to +50 °C and up to 98% relative humidity at 35 °C.
A designated service life of 50 years, a cylinder re-certification interval of up to 15 years, and a rated number of 10 activations keep lifecycle costs low. An "M" variant is manufactured under the supervision of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RMRS), making the series equally suitable for shipboard fire protection.
Manufactured under technical specification TU 4854-002-76585836-2011.
