The Kristall-3 (КРИСТАЛЛ-3) is a dual-component gas concentration monitoring system with integrated boiler-room dispatching, manufactured by OOO PKF Energosistemy (Saratov, Russia) — a specialist developer of gas hazard control systems with a product portfolio included in the Gazprom unified materials registry. The system simultaneously monitors natural gas (CH4) and carbon monoxide (CO) in controlled premises, and automatically shuts the gas supply via an electromagnetic cut-off valve (КЗЭГ) upon threshold exceedance.
The core assembly includes: SZTs-1 methane detector, SZTs-2 carbon monoxide detector, electromagnetic gas valve КЗЭГ, BUS-4 GSM dispatching and control unit with built-in GSM modem, VPK-1 remote monitoring panel, and a full set of pre-crimped connection cables. The BUS-4 GSM controller activates audible/visual alarms, triggers forced ventilation or other actuators per site-specific logic, and dispatches emergency alerts to up to 6 remote subscribers via SMS.
Logic programming is performed via a free SCADA application for PC or directly on the device. Power supply: 220 V AC.
Operating temperature: +1 to +50°C. Sensor technology: thermo-chemical and electro-catalytic principles, selected specifically to eliminate false triggering from non-target irritants.
The system is energy-dependent by design — valve closes on power loss.
