The front panel has 18 control buttons and a liquid crystal display, which shows information about the state of the digital queue. In addition to basic actions such as initial and re-call of the next customer or customer by number, redirection to another service, operation or process, and display of basic digital queue status data, more complex actions are available to the operator to control the progression of the customer in the queue.
They support the display of five character numbers with one or more letter prefixes, which means they can be used to manage complex hierarchical structure of the service process with customer queues containing up to 2.5 million unique numbers. In addition to the standard connection interface (RS485), an optional Ethernet or Wi-Fi interface is available.
