RI-307USBm is a full functional analogue of RI-307 with significantly lower price and dimensions. RI-307USBm is designed to work in a single complex with a personal computer. Pulse reflectometer RI-307USBm is a two-channel cable locator designed to determine the nature and location of inhomogeneities and cable line faults (break, short circuit, coupling, cable joint, parallel branch, Pupin's coil, pair splitting, "flickering" inhomogeneities).Purpose The device RI-307USBm is designed for the following measurements on symmetrical and asymmetrical cables with wave impedance from 25 to 600 Ohm: measurement of cable lengths; measurement of distances to inhomogeneities of wave impedance or faults; measurement of line shortening coefficient at a known length; determination of the nature of faults.
