The Amkodor 2662-01 is a heavy-duty 6×6 wheeled forwarder manufactured by Amkodor-Onego LLC, the Russian subsidiary of the Amkodor holding — one of the leading producers of specialized forestry and construction machinery in the region. The machine is purpose-built for collecting, loading, and transporting sorted logs and other round timber across logging sites, skid trails, and forest haul roads, and also handles loading/unloading, sorting, and stacking tasks during clear-cut and final-felling operations.
The 2662-01 variant differs from the base 2662 by the addition of an active front blade, extending its capability to ground-clearing and road maintenance work directly on site. A Minsk Motor Plant Д-260.9S2 diesel engine delivers 132 kW (180 hp), driving a hydromechanical all-wheel-drive powertrain through four forward and two reverse gears, with a top speed of 26.5 km/h.
The articulated frame provides tight-turn maneuverability in dense forest. Payload capacity reaches 14,000 kg in a 4,950 mm long cargo bunk with a 4.0 m² cross-section.
The AMKODOR KF10080 boom manipulator extends to 7,950 mm and delivers a gross lifting moment of 100 kNm, paired with the KG25 grapple (0.25 m² opening). Ground clearance of 540 mm and 100% differential lock on both axles ensure dependable traction across challenging terrain.
The operator's cab features integrated ROPS/FOPS/OPS protection and built-in air conditioning.
