The EXPERT fire pressure hose (РПМ(В)-Ду-И-УХЛ1) is a premium-grade fire suppression hose manufactured by NPO Rusarsenal (ООО «НПО «РУСАРСЕНАЛ»), Russia's dedicated fire safety manufacturer based in Krasnogorsk, Moscow Region, with production facilities in Yaroslavl. The EXPERT line features an internal waterproof chamber made from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) bonded to a circular-woven synthetic-fibre jacket with twill weave — no outer protective coating.

Available in DN 50, 65, 80 (working pressure 1.6 MPa) and DN 100, 150 (1.2 MPa), the hose is designed exclusively for mobile fire equipment (fire trucks and motor pumps). The TPU inner layer delivers exceptional hydraulic smoothness, increasing flow velocity and maximum head compared to conventional rubber-lined hoses.

With a rated operating temperature range of −60 °C to +40 °C (climate class УХЛ1) and abrasion resistance of ≥200 cycles (DN 50), the EXPERT withstands severe field conditions without cracking, mould growth, or adhesion to itself. EXPERT DN 50 Hose

The DN 50 EXPERT hose (РПМ(В)-50-1,6-И-УХЛ1) is the most common attack-line diameter for fire trucks. The circular-woven TPU-lined hose is shown coiled in its standard 20 m reel, ready for deployment.

EXPERT DN 65 Hose

The DN 65 EXPERT (РПМ(В)-65-1,6-И-УХЛ1) handles 1.6 MPa working pressure and fits standard GR-65 couplings. The coil illustrates the synthetic jacket's characteristic smooth outer finish.

EXPERT DN 80 Hose

The DN 80 version (РПМ(В)-80-1,6-И-УХЛ1) bridges attack and supply-line diameters. At 1.6 MPa rated pressure it is used as a primary feed line between the pump and barrel manifolds.
