The TOR 3500 (model designation ГОА-II-3,5-022-021) is a stationary aerosol fire suppression generator produced by EPOTOS Group, a Russian developer and manufacturer of fire protection systems operating since 1991. Unlike conventional directional generators, the TOR 3500 employs a distinctive 360-degree circular aerosol discharge pattern: the extinguishing aerosol is expelled radially in all directions simultaneously, ensuring uniform volumetric fill of the protected space.
This makes it especially effective in rooms with very dense process equipment, where directional units leave coverage gaps. Despite the absence of an internal cooling layer, the circumferential flow geometry achieves rapid aerosol cooling immediately upon ejection, permitting deployment in close proximity to sensitive assets.
The generator addresses fire classes A2 and B, protecting volumes up to 194 m³ (class A2) and 159 m³ (class B) with a single 3.5 kg aerosol-forming charge. The sealed, non-rechargeable unit delivers its full dose within approximately 21 seconds, weighs 6.9 kg, and maintains rated performance across an operating temperature range of −50 to +50 °C.
A guaranteed service life of 10 years and self-contained design — requiring no pipeline infrastructure — make the TOR 3500 a practical choice for both new facilities and retrofit projects.
