Otorinoscope (direct otoscope) OrS-VO-Ecomed (set OSVsh1) with sliding or removable loupe 3,2* (with the possibility of installing an additional loupe 1,3/1,6/2,5* - set OSVsh1+), with reusable plastic or metal-plastic funnels dia. 2,5/3,5/4,5 mm, 2 xenon-halogen MNGS (with built-in condenser) and/or LED MNGS lamps 2,5 V of domestic production, with metal handle 28 mm for batteries/batteries of size A,C,R14,SC without or with batteries of size C, or with universal charger for 4 sockets for batteries of size AA,A,C,R14,SC, with autodetection of the charging mode and spare batteries of size C, with a cylinder for pneumotoscopy (pneumotest) with an optimal hose of 28 cm, 5 cone silicone seals for comfortable pneumotest in case of anthropological peculiarities, in a soft case with 2 internal pockets and a zip lock.
