Explosion-proof electric actuators EPTs-20000 are designed for operation as a part of shut-off valves (wedge gate valves, gate valves) DN 800...1 200 PN 8,0... 15,0 MPa in outdoor applications.15,0 MPa in outdoor installations and indoors in explosive zones of class "1" and "2" according to GOST IEC 600079-10-1-2013, in which formation of vapour and gas-air explosive mixtures of category IIA, IIB of groups T1, T2, T3, T4 according to GOST 31610.0-2014 classification is possible.
Electric actuators EPC-20000 with electronic control unit are characterised by high efficiency. The main advantage of these actuators is a compact wave gearbox with intermediate rolling elements with high load characteristics, accuracy, smoothness, reliability and durability.
Depending on the version, the actuators can develop output torques up to 20000 Nm. The actuators are equipped with a double-sided torque limiting clutch and have a control unit that can be easily integrated into a telecontrol system.
