The ESA-800 is an evaporative condenser engineered for ammonia refrigeration systems, providing a heat rejection capacity of 810 kW through a 240 m² exchange surface with an air flow rate of 43,000 m³/h. Evaporative condensers combine the functions of a condenser and cooling tower in one unit: refrigerant vapor condenses inside a coil that is continuously wetted and ventilated, achieving condensing temperatures lower than air-cooled designs and cutting compressor energy consumption across the warm season.
Ammonia remains the dominant refrigerant in industrial cold chains — meat and fish processing, cold storage, breweries — where efficiency at large capacities outweighs all alternatives. Sold as single project units, the ESA-800 addresses industrial refrigeration contractors, food-industry plant builders and cold-store operators upgrading legacy condensing equipment.
Lower condensing pressure directly reduces electricity costs, typically the largest operating expense of an industrial refrigeration plant.
