The ERA 50 Economizer is a highly energy-efficient industrial cooling and heat-rejection system designed and manufactured by ANTARCTIS OJSC, a Russian company specialising in precision climate equipment. The defining feature is a proprietary tubular heat exchanger fabricated from graphene composite material — an entirely in-house development that delivers superior thermal conductivity and durability compared with conventional aluminium or copper coil designs.
The ERA 50 handles recirculation and external-circuit air flows of 10,000 m³/h each, with maximum electrical consumption of just 20 kW and water use capped at 100 litres per hour. Across the ERA series, cooling capacity spans 50 to 600 kW, accommodating everything from compact server rooms to large-scale industrial process cooling.
Physical dimensions range from 1,250 to 5,000 mm in width, 3,200 to 7,300 mm in height, and 5,600 to 6,900 mm in depth, giving engineers the flexibility to specify the right unit for the available footprint. Every ERA economizer is fully tested before shipment.
ANTARCTIS operates production facilities across multiple Russian regions, maintains spare-parts inventories in both Moscow and Saint Petersburg, and provides a dedicated 24/7 service engineering team — making the ERA a reliable, domestically self-sufficient solution entirely free from foreign supply-chain dependencies.
