The BRA-135F X-ray fluorescence energy dispersive spectrometers (hereinafter referred to as spectrometers) are designed to measure the content of chemical elements in solid, liquid and powdered samples in the range from fluorine (Z=9) to uranium (Z=92).The spectrometer is a stationary device consisting of an analytical unit and a vacuum system included in the basic set. The spectrometer is equipped with a sample chamber and an automated disc for feeding the analysed samples into the zone of primary X-ray irradiation.
Up to 15 analysed samples can be simultaneously installed in the disc. If necessary, the sample feed disc can be removed, allowing an irregularly shaped sample to be inserted into the chamber.
