Electronic unit AVT 04 provides transmission of the message about the vehicle at road traffic and other accidents, in automatic and manual mode, and provides two-way voice communication with emergency operational services through the networks of mobile operators in the territory of the Russian Federation.At the occurrence of road traffic accident, the transfer of the minimum necessary data set (MND) about the vehicle to the operator of the emergency operational service is made.MND transmission is made by means of a tone modem. If the MND is not transmitted within 20 seconds from the start of transmission via tone modem, the device automatically transmits the MND via SMS. The AVT 04 is powered from the on-board network of the vehicle or the built-in battery, if necessary.
