The RPK60 is a polarized, bistable (latching) electromagnetic DC relay developed and manufactured by JSC NPK "Severnaya Zarya", the St. Petersburg research and production company that has specialized in low-current electromagnetic relays built to GOST 16121 and GOST RV 5945-002 requirements.
Produced to specification РВИМ.647614.056ТУ, the relay is hermetically sealed in a fully welded metal case measuring just 26 x 26 x 26 mm and weighing 68 g, which makes it suitable for compact, densely packed equipment. Its bistable design holds either switching state without continuous coil power, while the contact system handles loads from low-level signals up to 10 A at 28 V DC, with rated switching modes also covering 0.5 A at 6 V, 0.5 A and 2.5 A at 30 V DC, and 1 A at 115 V AC.
Coil versions are available for 12 V and 27 V nominal supply; the 27 V winding has a nominal resistance of 410 Ohm. The relay operates across an ambient temperature range of -60 to +125 C, withstands sinusoidal vibration from 1 to 3,000 Hz at accelerations up to 30 g and shocks up to 200 g, and offers 500 V AC electric strength with 200 MOhm insulation resistance.
Short-term overloads up to 75 A for 2 seconds are permitted without contact opening, and a special version with gold-plated contacts is offered for switching loads as low as 10 uA at 10 mV.
