"Teppan-yaki" electric is designed for cooking various dishes by direct contact with the heated surface at catering and trade enterprises. The model is equipped with a drain hole.
The grilling surface has a mirror chrome coating, which is scratch-resistant and protects products from sticking. Depending on the model, Teppan-Yaki can have from one to three heating zones.
The temperature of each zone is independently adjustable. The wide range of temperature values allows cooks to prepare several dishes at the same time.
