The ETP1 Agano is a floor-standing electric teppanyaki griddle built in stainless steel by the Vulkan Heidebrenner factory (KELER RUS LLC), a Russian manufacturer of professional cooking equipment. Its mirror-polished bimetallic cooking plate has a total thickness of 35 mm, a construction that distributes heat evenly and protects food from scorching during frying.
The working surface measures 548 x 540 mm and is served by a single 6.0 kW heating zone with a wide temperature adjustment range, allowing the chef to cook several dishes side by side at the same time. Grease management is handled directly on the plate: a drain opening channels fat and juices into a removable grease collector, keeping the cooking surface clean throughout service.
The unit stands on a rigid stainless-steel frame with a lower shelf and adjustable feet, with overall dimensions of 650 x 700 x 850 mm and a 380 V power connection. As a factory option, the manufacturer can build the teppan in a custom version up to 2 metres long.
With its show-cooking format and durable industrial build, the ETP1 Agano suits Japanese and pan-Asian restaurants, hotel show kitchens and any professional line where live-griddle cooking is part of the menu.
