The PEP-0.34M is a professional two-burner electric hot plate engineered for commercial kitchens, produced by PISHTEKH LLC (ПищТех) — a Russian manufacturer of food-service equipment in operation since 1991, based in Lyubertsy, Moscow Region. Designed for continuous-duty use in restaurants, canteens, and catering operations, the unit carries a total cooking surface area of 0.34 m² across two cast-iron burners, each measuring 530×320 mm.
Power consumption is 8 kW at 380 V (three-phase), and three discrete power steps on each burner give operators straightforward control over cooking intensity. The stove ships fully assembled on a pallet in corrugated cardboard, ready to connect and operate.
Construction combines a powder-coated mild-steel (Ст3) frame and side panels for durability in demanding environments, a galvanized-steel lower shelf, and stainless-steel food-contact surfaces. Height-adjustable legs accommodate minor floor irregularities and simplify leveling during installation.
At 81 kg net weight, the unit occupies a footprint of 725×770 mm and fits comfortably within standard modular cooking-line configurations. The model is listed in the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade (Минпромторг) registry, supporting procurement under Russian import-substitution requirements.
A 12-month manufacturer's warranty is included.
