The ЭШ1600 is an electric pedestrian stacker engineered and built by PJSC Kalinin Machine-Building Plant (MZIK) in Yekaterinburg, a manufacturer that presents it as the first electric stacker fully developed and produced in Russia. The machine is designed for retail centers, warehouses and logistics complexes, moving palletized loads of up to 1.6 tonnes and stacking them at heights of up to 6 metres, with a rated lift height of 5390 mm and 1800 mm of free lift.
A powerful three-phase asynchronous drive motor delivers quick, smooth acceleration to 6 km/h both laden and unladen, while the 3.0 kW lift motor allows precise, gentle load positioning. The mast retains high residual capacity at height and resists twisting under load.
Despite its 1600 kg capacity, the truck stays compact: 810 mm overall width, 2100 mm overall length and a 1670 mm turning radius let it operate in racking aisles as narrow as 2400 mm with a standard 800×1200 pallet. Power comes from a 24 V, 345 Ah battery, and the manufacturer emphasizes simple upkeep thanks to a minimal number of serviceable assemblies with easy access to each of them, combined with considered ergonomics and a modern industrial design.
