The roasting cabinet, two sections, is designed for heat treatment of various products at temperatures from +50 to +3000C in the kitchens of catering enterprises. The cabinet sections are delivered in individual transport packaging. When assembling the cabinet, the sections are installed on top of each other, directly at the place of permanent operation. The lower section is mounted on a stand. The heat chamber of each cabinet section is made of stainless steel, wrapped with thermal insulation and closed with a door.
The door opens from right to left. Lower and upper heating elements are installed in the chamber. The lower heating elements are covered with box-shaped bases. The upper heating elements are open. In the chamber, on 5 levels, GN2/1 trays (530x650mm, depth from 20 to 200mm) can be installed.
Switching on and off the lower and upper heating elements is done by corresponding switches. Temperature regulation of the lower and upper heating elements is performed by corresponding thermoregulators. The section control panel is located to the right of the door.
