The ETP1 "Napoli" is a professional electric pasta cooker manufactured by AGNI Cooktech (KELER RUS LLC), a Russian producer of commercial foodservice equipment based in Ryazan. Built from food-grade stainless steel throughout, this single-zone boiling unit is engineered for continuous operation in demanding professional kitchens.
Its 25-litre bath can accommodate up to three GN1/3 baskets or six GN1/6 baskets simultaneously, making it equally suitable for cooking pasta, blanching vegetables, preparing side dishes, and heating vacuum-packed meat semi-finished products. When the baskets are replaced with standard gastronorm containers of the same size, the unit doubles as a bain-marie for holding warm sauces or prepared foods.
The cooker also supports sous vide operation, with temperature and time controlled to within 0.6°C. Power consumption is 7.5 kW at 380 V three-phase supply, and the overall footprint measures 400 × 700 × 850 mm (W × D × H).
An electronic control system handles programming of operating modes and precise parameter maintenance, while two water top-up modes — automatic low-flow and single-press manual — keep the bath at the correct level without interrupting the boil.
