The КНЭМ is a professional continuous-flow electric water boiler manufactured in Yaroslavl by ITERMA LLC, a Russian producer of commercial kitchen and food service equipment. The boiler is engineered to deliver a steady, uninterrupted supply of drinking water heated to 100 °C, making it suitable wherever large quantities of boiling water must be available on demand.
Heating is accomplished through tubular electric elements (TENs) that activate and regulate automatically, removing the need for manual monitoring during operation. The КНЭМ line is offered in three output capacities — 50, 100, and 200 litres per hour — all operating from standard 380 V three-phase mains.
The compact, stainless-steel body (approximately 400–450 mm long, 275–400 mm wide, and 400–410 mm tall) fits neatly on a countertop or, with the optional ITERMA floor stand SP 200-404/500-02, can be installed free-standing. ITERMA specifically recommends the КНЭМ for canteens, food service enterprises, children's institutions, and medical-sanitary facilities where hygienic, continuous delivery of boiling water is a daily operational requirement.
