The SNF 07R1 is a constant-power fluoropolymer-insulated heating cable manufactured by OKB "Gamma" LLC (ООО ОКБ «Гамма»), a Russian producer of electric heating system components that is part of the SST Group and exports to 47 countries. Designed for industrial pipe tracing, tank heating, and process equipment thermal maintenance, the cable provides stable linear heat output up to 40 W/m across a wide range of industrial environments — including chemically aggressive media and explosive atmospheres.
The single heating conductor is made from a high-resistance copper-nickel alloy with a nominal resistance of 7.13 Ω/km and a 2.45 mm² core cross-section. Both the insulation and outer sheath are manufactured from fluoropolymer, giving the cable a maximum sustained operating temperature of 240°C and short-term capability to 260°C.
A nickel-plated copper braid beneath the sheath provides electromagnetic screening, mechanical protection, and grounding — its resistance remains at or below 18 Ω/km. With an outer diameter of 5.10 mm, the cable is routed and secured to pipes and vessels without difficulty.
It operates across a broad voltage range of 220 to 400 V AC and can be configured in star, loop, or line connection schemes. The SNF 07R1 meets explosion-protection classification 1Ex e IIC T2 Gb X, is rated IP67, and holds Russian federal certifications ТС RU C-RU.AA87.B.00579 and C-RU.ПБ37.В.02046.
The SNF and SNFL series received IECEx international certification in 2018, confirming compliance with global hazardous-area safety standards.
