Description

The SESM-0.5LCH (СЭСМ-0,5ЛЧ) is a heavy-duty professional electric tilting frying pan manufactured by TULATORGTECHNIKA OJSC, a Russian industrial cooking equipment producer based in Tula. Built for high-volume food service operations, the unit features a thick-walled cast-iron bowl with a hearth area of 0.5 m² and a nominal working capacity of 75 litres.

Heat is delivered by tubular electric heaters (TENs) mounted directly beneath the bowl, supplied at 230 V on a three-phase 3N 230 V circuit with a total rated power of 12 kW. A built-in thermostat holds the bowl floor temperature automatically anywhere between +50 °C and +300 °C, covering the full range from gentle simmering to deep-frying.

The bowl tilts to any required angle via a screw-drive mechanism operated by a flywheel on the left side of the machine, making bulk product discharge straightforward; as a built-in safety feature, the heaters cut out automatically whenever the bowl tilts more than 12° from horizontal.
