The electric frying pan of the SE type belongs to the category of professional kitchen equipment and is designed for frying products in the main way, vegetable paste, stewing, as well as seasoning of meat, fish and vegetable dishes and is used at catering enterprises independently or as part of technological lines. The product is not intended for continuous (flow) cooking of products.
The frying pan is intended for operation in premises with artificially regulated climatic conditions. SE79 - electric frying pan, welded bowl, working volume (capacity) of the bowl 70 litres, tiltable, 900 series.
The product has a rectangular steel bowl hinged on an internal frame with a lever mechanism for tipping (screw-nut pair). The frame is mounted and fixed on the base.
The bowl of the product has a hinged lid, which is fixed in all opening positions. The bowl is heated by electric heating elements.
