The electric frying pan of the SE type belongs to the category of professional kitchen equipment and is intended for frying products in the main way, vegetable pasting, stewing, as well as seasoning of meat, fish and vegetable dishes and is used at catering enterprises independently or as a part of technological lines and is not intended for continuous (flow) cooking of products. The product is intended for operation in premises with artificially regulated climatic conditions. The volume of the bowl is 70 litres.
The product has a rectangular steel bowl hinged on an internal frame with a lever tipping mechanism (screw-nut pair). The frame is mounted and fixed on the base. The bowl of the product has a hinged lid, which is fixed in all opening positions.
The bowl is heated by electric heating elements. The product has height-adjustable supports in the base.
