Description

The KPEM-100-OMR is a professional 100-litre electric cooking kettle manufactured by ABAT (Chuvashtorgtechnica), one of Russia's leading producers of commercial catering equipment. Built around a seamlessly cold-drawn cooking vessel of AISI 304 austenitic stainless steel — free of any weld seams — the kettle meets the stringent hygiene demands of high-throughput professional kitchens.

An integrated bottom-drive mixer with reinforced 3 mm ribs and stepless speed control from 0 to 120 rpm, including a reverse function, enables unattended stirring of soups, broths, porridges, sauces, and stews without operator intervention. The 19.2 kW three-phase heating system brings contents to 95 °C in no more than 55 minutes, maintaining working temperature up to +100 °C via a robust analog control panel.

A manual tilting drive allows the full vessel to be safely emptied into serving containers; the lid locks in the raised position during loading and tilting to prevent splashing. The body is fabricated from AISI 304 stainless steel, and an optional AISI 316 acid-resistant vessel is available on request.

A built-in water fill crane speeds up batch loading. Dimensions of 1,266 × 861 mm with a standard 400 V supply make the unit easy to integrate into existing production lines or to deploy as a standalone workstation.

With article number 11000019425, the KPEM-100-OMR is a reliable backbone unit for central kitchens, institutional canteens, and food processing operations.
