Drainage of the finished product is carried out by tilting the cooking vessel with the help of a manual drive. The lid is fixed in the upper position with the help of a latch.
Water heating is carried out by steam-water jacket method. The boiler is equipped with a bottom easily removable mixer for mixing the prepared product. The mixer has adjustable speed of rotation and reverse. The material of the vessel is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel AISI 304.
The boiler has 3 heating modes. The boiler is supplied with a mounting stand.
