The electric food boilers with stirring and cooling functions are designed for cooking broths, sauces, desserts, soups and various second and third courses. The boiler is used at catering enterprises, canteens of production enterprises, both independently and as a part of technological lines. The boiler is equipped with a control panel with a touch screen that allows you to cook dishes in accordance with the desired programme or recipe.
The panel has a built-in USB-connector for updating the software. The main functions of the boiler are: cooking at a set temperature, cooling, programming (up to 50 programmes), stirring (6 stirring methods), measuring or manual pouring at the operator's choice. The boiler vessel is made of corrosion-resistant steel AISI 316L, external lining AISI 304.
The boiler is equipped with a bottom easily removable mixer for mixing the prepared product. For hygienic cleaning the boiler is equipped with a smothering device.
