Drainage of the finished product is carried out by tipping the cooking vessel with the help of manual drive. The lid is fixed in the upper position with the help of a latch.
Water heating is carried out by steam-water jacket method. The boiler is equipped with a bottom easily removable mixer for mixing the prepared product.
The mixer has adjustable speed of rotation and reverse. The material of the vessel is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel AISI 316.
The boiler is supplied with a stand, which is equipped with travelling wheels and adjustable supports.
