The KPEM-100-O is an electric cooking boiler designed for preparing soups, sauces, broths and other liquid dishes in institutional volumes. Built to the Russian standard for industrial cooking and heating equipment, the unit draws 18.2 kW to bring large batches to temperature quickly and hold them through service, replacing banks of stovetop pots with a single jacketed vessel that heats evenly and resists scorching.
The boiler occupies a 1,363 x 980 mm footprint at 1,150 mm height, sized to stand in line with other heavy kitchen equipment. Tilting-vessel boilers of this class are the workhorse of large-scale catering: one operator can cook, stir and decant a batch that would otherwise occupy several staff.
At around 3,600 dollars per unit with no batch minimum, the KPEM-100-O addresses hospital and school food services, military and workforce canteens, central production kitchens and food manufacturers producing soups and sauces for packaging.
