The PKE-4E oven is designed for catering enterprises:
- for heat treatment and heating of foodstuffs (cooking of vegetable, fish and meat dishes in conditions of intensive operation). Cooking time depends on the thickness, quality of the initial product. It is recommended to use the meat thermometer during the cooking of fried dishes;
- for baking a certain type of confectionery (biscuits, sand dough, puffs, croissants), floury confectionery,
- for baking small bakery products.
The oven is used at catering enterprises both independently and as part of the technological lines of food preparation.
