Convection electric oven of injection type KEP-16P with electronic panel (hereinafter referred to as the oven) is designed for cooking food in various modes:
- dry heating (fan + hot air);
- moist heating (fan + hot air + water injection).
The oven is designed for cooking food at catering enterprises. It is controlled through the control panel located on the oven door. The control panel has buttons for selecting the operating mode and indicators showing the selected mode. For cooking in programme mode, the oven is equipped with 110 programmes with 4 cooking stages. The door design uses a handle with a bayonet mechanism. The door can be locked in the open position. The chamber and exterior surfaces are made of high quality stainless steel. The rounded corners of the chamber allow for excellent cooking results.
