The ETKV3 is a heavy-duty electric contact grill built for high-output professional kitchens. Its lower griddle surface measures 914x550 mm and works with three independently controlled heating zones, while the upper frying platens (290x477 mm each) press down to cook product from both sides simultaneously — the principle that makes contact grilling two to three times faster than open-griddle frying.
Total connected power is 19 kW at 380 V three-phase. The machine is a floor-standing unit of 1017x830x1065 mm weighing 306 kg, built to run through full service shifts.
Three zones allow different products — burgers, steaks, vegetables — to cook at their own temperatures side by side, or sections to be shut down in off-peak hours to save energy.
