The roasting and baking cabinet, with a vapour moistening system, two sections, is designed for baking bakery, confectionery products and heat treatment of various products at temperatures from +50 to +300 degrees, in the kitchens of catering enterprises. The cabinet sections are installed on top of each other. The heat chamber of each section of the cabinet is made of carbon steel, wrapped with thermal insulation and closed with a door. The door opens from top to bottom. Lower and upper heating elements are installed in the chamber.
The lower heating elements are covered with carbon steel pans. The upper heating elements are open. Switching on and off the lower and upper heating elements is done by corresponding switches. Temperature regulation in the heat chamber of the section is performed by a thermoregulator, in automatic mode. The section control panel is located to the right of the door.
Steam humidification system is of the pouring type. The water inlet tray is located to the left of the door. Each section of the cabinet is equipped with two trays 650x530x30mm from carbon steel.
