The Elbrus-4C microprocessor (1891VM8Ya) is a multi-core universal high-performance microprocessor built in accordance with the improved Elbrus architecture. Each core of the processor decodes and sends for execution up to 23 operations per clock.
Elbrus-4C is an on-chip system containing 4 computing cores, level 2 cache memory with a total volume of 8 Megabytes, 3 memory controllers, 3 interprocessor communication channels and an I/O channel.
The operating clock frequency of the chip is 800 MHz. The crystal is made according to the 65 nm process standard, the average power dissipation is 45 W. There are means to significantly reduce the power dissipation.
