The Schwank SA1 3600 D is a ceiling-mounted air fan destratifier engineered to eliminate thermal stratification in industrial and commercial buildings with high ceilings. Manufactured by Sibshvank OJSC — the Russian entity of the international Schwank Group, which has over 80 years of experience in industrial heating and climate systems — the unit draws warm air accumulated beneath the roof and circulates it downward into the occupied zone.
This simple but effective process can reduce heating energy consumption by up to 30%, making the SA1 3600 D a cost-efficient complement to any existing heating system rather than a replacement for it.
At the core of the unit is a single axial fan running at 1,350 rpm, capable of delivering between 3,600 and 4,000 m³/h of airflow depending on louver angle. The powder-coated steel housing measures just 600 × 650 × 400 mm and weighs 18 kg, keeping installation straightforward: four suspension points, a horizontal alignment check, and a standard 220 V single-phase connection are all that is required.
The adjustable vane nozzle lets installers set the discharge angle to match ceiling height and comfort requirements. Rated for temperatures from −30 °C to +60 °C and relative humidity up to 80%, the SA1 3600 D is built for genuine industrial conditions.
Its rated service life is 10 years.
